The manufacturing process:
The empty (used) cartridge undergoing remanufacturing process are first disassembled and the parts inspected. Key parts included drum, magnetic roller, wiper blade and doctor blade. Worn or defective parts are replaced, and the cartridge is cleaned, refilled and reassembled, tested for print quality before packaging out for sale.
